Apprenticeship

      Apprenticeship acts as a transition phase for a school/college student from classroom to a working background. Apprentices while undergoing training to enhance their skillsets in a particular field also learns soft skills, work culture, ethics and organizational behavior. In this way, Apprenticeship helps apprentices for securing a permanent employment in the future. However, there is no guarantee of employment after completion of training as an Apprentice. At the end of the training period the apprentices are issued a Certificate of Proficiency by Government of India which can be registered at all employment exchanges across India as valid employment experience.
